Social media promotional images for rebranding launch.
Zoo Creative is a multifaceted creative agency located on the Gold Coast, providing diverse services in the design space such as creative signage, digital printing, event activation, graphic design, visual merchandise and brand experiences.
Zoo Creative commissioned me for the launch of their rebrand to create three promotional images designed for use across their social media marketing funnel. Collectively, according to Instagram insights alone, the campaign reached over 36,000 accounts and generated more than 1,300 profile visits.
Their vision for the images was to seamlessly integrate their new logo design as 3D models into the Australian infrastructure.

The Process
Pain Point
Zoo Creative emphasized the importance of avoiding visuals that looked very clearly like 3D assets placed into photographic environments, referencing challenges they had experienced with prior AI-generated imagery. The visuals needed to convey a strong sense of realism through seamless integration.
Another key consideration was how the perceived “squish” of the 3D models would translate within the photographic environments, and whether the forms would convincingly convey the softness and tactile qualities of a balloon or pillow.
Solving the pain point with a proof of concept
One of my core values as a designer is to assure my clients the peace of mind that they deserve when undertaking a project with me. To that end, I produced multiple proof-of-concept mock-ups to confirm alignment with the client’s vision and the direction they want to head toward.
The Process
Model Placements & Textures
In the beginning of the project I worked closely alongside their graphic designer that was overseeing the project, advising them on what kinds of images would be best for showcasing their 3D logo in the most aesthetic and photorealistic manner taking into account lighting, location, and project budget.
The next stages would consist of trialing different placements and textures until the desired outcome was achieved.
